Strivonic Media Server v26.11.3 Released: A Smarter Way to Build and Run Your Own 24/7 Online TV Channel

Strivonic has officially released Strivonic Media Server v26.11.3, bringing automatic updates, update notifications, improved stability, faster performance, optimized CPU usage and more efficient bandwidth management to its cloud-based broadcasting platform.

The latest release is designed for broadcasters, online news organizations, businesses, digital publishers and independent content creators who want to build and operate their own online TV channels without maintaining expensive traditional broadcasting infrastructure.

One of the biggest advantages of Strivonic Media Server is its server-based approach. Once a channel is properly configured on a compatible cloud or VPS server, supported server-side broadcasting can continue independently without requiring a personal computer to remain switched on 24 hours a day.

Run Your Own Online TV Channel 24/7

Running a traditional television channel can require broadcasting hardware, dedicated computers, specialized software and significant technical infrastructure. Strivonic Media Server aims to simplify this process by moving essential broadcasting operations to a server-based environment.

Users can configure their media, sources, playlists and broadcasting settings on the server. Once everything is configured, the server can continue supported broadcasting operations around the clock.

This means users do not necessarily need to keep their home or office computer running continuously just to maintain their server-side TV broadcast.

Through the Strivonic Management Portal, customers can access the platform's management environment and related services.

Start 24/7 Broadcasting With Low-Cost Cloud Infrastructure

Another important goal of Strivonic is to make online broadcasting more accessible to smaller organizations and independent creators.

Depending on the hosting provider, server specifications, bandwidth and workload, entry-level cloud or VPS infrastructure may be available from around $5 per month. For suitable lightweight deployments, this can provide an affordable starting point for operating a server-based online TV channel 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Actual server costs will depend on factors such as the number of viewers, streaming bitrate, video resolution, bandwidth usage, storage requirements, transcoding requirements and the selected hosting provider.

No Need to Keep Your Personal Computer Running 24/7

One of the practical challenges of operating an online TV channel is keeping the broadcasting system online continuously. A system that depends entirely on a home computer requires that computer, internet connection and related equipment to remain operational.

Strivonic takes a cloud-based approach. After supported content, playlists, sources and channel configurations are prepared on the server, server-side broadcasting processes can continue from the remote infrastructure.

As a result, users can manage their channel remotely while the media server handles continuous operations independently of their personal computer.

Create Your Own Virtual TV Channel

Strivonic Media Server is not limited to basic live video streaming. The platform is designed to support the creation and management of virtual online television channels.

Broadcasters can organize video content, streaming sources and scheduled programming to create a continuous television-style viewing experience. This makes the platform suitable for online news channels, community television, educational channels, entertainment projects, corporate broadcasting and independent digital media networks.

More information about the platform and its broadcasting solutions is available through the official Strivonic website.

What's New in Strivonic Media Server v26.11.3?

Strivonic Media Server v26.11.3 introduces several improvements focused on automation, performance, reliability and long-term server operation.

The new version introduces an automatic update system, making it easier to keep the media server updated when supported releases become available.

A new update notification system has also been introduced so administrators can be informed when a newer version of the software is available.

The latest release includes additional stability improvements designed to provide more reliable operation for media servers that need to remain online continuously.

Faster Performance and Lower CPU Usage

Performance optimization is another major focus of the v26.11.3 release. Internal processes have been optimized to improve responsiveness while making more efficient use of available server resources.

CPU utilization has also been optimized, which can be particularly important for users running media services on smaller VPS or cloud servers where computing resources are limited.

These improvements are intended to provide smoother day-to-day operation while reducing unnecessary server resource consumption.

Optimized Bandwidth and Upload Usage

Strivonic Media Server v26.11.3 also includes improvements to bandwidth and upload-related operations.

By reducing unnecessary data transfer during supported processes, the platform can make more efficient use of available network resources. Actual bandwidth consumption will still depend heavily on the number of viewers, stream bitrate, resolution and broadcasting configuration.

Automatic Updates Make Server Management Easier

Maintaining software manually can become challenging when multiple media servers are involved. The new automatic update functionality is designed to simplify this process.

Together with update notifications, administrators can more easily identify when new software versions become available and maintain supported installations without repeatedly checking for releases manually.

Customers can use the Strivonic Client & Server Management Portal for supported account and server-management functions.

Designed for Online News and Digital Broadcasters

The growth of internet television has created opportunities beyond traditional broadcasters. Local news publishers, independent journalists, educational organizations, businesses and content creators can now build internet-based broadcasting operations using cloud infrastructure.

Strivonic Media Server is designed around this changing broadcasting environment by bringing streaming and channel-management capabilities into a centralized server platform.

Instead of investing immediately in dedicated physical broadcasting infrastructure, organizations can begin with cloud infrastructure and expand their server resources as their audience and broadcasting requirements grow.

A New Step for Strivonic Media Server

The release of Strivonic Media Server v26.11.3 represents another step in the platform's development, with a stronger focus on automation, performance, stability and resource efficiency.

For users looking to establish their own internet television service, virtual TV channel or continuous online broadcasting operation, the platform provides a server-based environment designed to simplify the technical side of running a 24/7 channel.

With cloud servers potentially starting at only a few dollars per month for suitable entry-level workloads, server-based broadcasting is becoming increasingly accessible to individuals and smaller organizations that previously may not have considered operating their own online television service.
